MEET LEWIS HALL
Lewis Hall’s rawness and infectious energy are definitely two elements that have created the entrepreneur that you see today, and his journey to founding one of the UK’s leading property investment businesses is even more impressive when you discover that this inspirational character was almost written off when he was growing up by those who didn’t know how to manage his dyslexia and ADHD.
SCALING UP
This being the case, he moved into sales, team leadership and people management which ultimately culminated in a role that required him to manage the operations, accommodation, travel and logistics of over 3000 staff.
Almost unknowingly, through his vast knowledge of large-scale ‘corporate travel’, Lewis had unlocked a unique opportunity that could provide solutions to staffing requirements for nationwide brands as well as generate a huge return on investment for investors, landlords, property owners and developers.
Convinced of the opportunity he took the plunge, left the big corporate job and set about growing this modern-day investment model - which is exactly what he did! With over 300 units under management in the first year, it certainly seemed like Lewis’ vision to revolutionise the sector was underway.
STARTING UP
Having left school at 15 with no qualifications, Lewis set about growing his practical skillset by entering into the building trade; he always knew that property would play a role in his life so he decided to take matters into his own control in the most hands-on manner that he could by becoming an apprentice bricklayer.
This phase of his career enabled Lewis to get real-world experience of the property industry from the ground up - having built things with his bare hands he knew that bricks and mortar was his future.
Hard graft and a self-starting attitude saw him rise through the ranks but Lewis quickly realised that manual labour was not scalable and this hungry entrepreneurial operator was aiming for the stars, so scale was a necessity!
